    Aluminum Assembly Line Profile

The assembly line aluminum profile is the well-known industrial aluminum profile, that is, the square aluminum profile with grooves on all sides such as 3030 and 4040.

Assembly aluminum profiles generally refer to those cross-section aluminum alloy profiles used in the machinery automation industry.

Because the assembly line aluminum profile is an extruded cross-section aluminum alloy profile, and is mostly used for various conveyor line equipment brackets and assembly line workshop workbenches, it is called an assembly line profile. Pipeline aluminum profiles are also called industrial aluminum profiles, aluminum alloy profiles, and aluminum extrusion profiles.

For the latter three names, the scope of the assembly line aluminum profile is smaller, and the scope of use is smaller. Assembly line aluminum profiles in the industry are generally used in assembly line workbenches, multiple chains, assembly line conveyor lines, automation equipment racks, equipment frames, workshop fences, etc. in various production workshops.

It has more specifications and series. Users generally choose materials according to their own needs. Common assembly line aluminum profiles are divided into two categories: national standard and European standard. The difference between the two is simply that the accessories used are different, and the edge transitions of the profiles are also different.

At present, the use of national standard assembly line profiles and European standard assembly line profiles in the industry are the same. They are all used to make brackets for various conveyor line workbenches. Its series specifications range from 15 series profiles to 120 series profiles, which can meet the needs of different users.
Here is a brief list of the specific series of aluminum profiles in the assembly line, as follows: 15 series aluminum profiles16 series aluminum profiles20 series aluminum profiles30 series aluminum profiles35 series aluminum profiles40 series aluminum profiles45 series aluminum profiles50 series aluminum profiles60 series aluminum profiles Profile 80 Series Aluminum Profile 90 Series Aluminum Profile 100100 Series Aluminum Profile 120120 Series Aluminum Profile Multiple Chain Series Aluminum Profile Linear Modular Series Aluminum Profiles

These series of profiles have different wall thicknesses and meter weights.  It should be known that the bearing capacity of the aluminum profile of the assembly line is calculated according to the length, wall thickness and product structure of the profile.  Therefore, when choosing an assembly line profile, first calculate the load-bearing capacity you need, and then decide which profile to use.

As mentioned earlier, this type of profile is mostly used in the application of conveyor lines and assembly line workshop workbenches. Therefore, the series of profiles used in the industry are generally 30 series, 40 series, 45 series, and 60 series profiles. Profiles that are too small will not bear enough load, and the products made of profiles that are too large will not be beautiful and the cost will increase, resulting in waste.
The installation method of assembly line aluminum profiles is relatively simple. Generally, aluminum profile accessories are used for connection, bolts and nuts, and corner fittings. Since there is no need for welding, it can be installed on site, and it is very convenient for later expansion and transformation.
It is for this reason that the assembly line aluminum profile can become a popular profile in the conveyor line, assembly line workshop, and automated production industry to replace the traditional steel profile.
